The Sharkie Arcade loyalty program was born from two ideas that sit right at the core of who we are. First: being fun, unique and fierce isn’t optional around here. Second: our wildly loyal community of Sharkies deserves to be celebrated.
We’ve always believed in the magic of playing dress ups. That moment when you put on a new piece for the first time and suddenly feel like the absolute badass you are. Your confidence shifts. Your energy changes. It’s a way to show the world exactly who you are without saying a word. BlackMilk has never just been about making clothes. We want to build a world where Sharkies can dress for however they feel in the moment and do it unapologetically.
And that’s where the Sharkie Arcade comes in.
Our Sharkie community is playful, expressive, and unapologetically themselves. The Sharkie Arcade embodies all of that energy. A place where nothing is “too much” or "too loud", and where being exactly who you are is celebrated.
This isn’t just a loyalty program. It’s a more interactive way to be part of the BlackMilk world. A place where fashion, fun, play and rewards all connect.

Step 1: Play
Every time you shop, you earn Tokens.
You’ll get 1 Token for every $1 AUD spent, plus bonus ways to earn along the way.
Step 2: Level up
Your Tokens build over time and move you through tiers.
The more you play, the more you unlock.
Step 3: Unlock the good stuff
Each tier unlocks perks like:
- Early access to collections
- Discounts
- Vouchers
- Secret Promos (think Token boosts, secret sales and other exciting tier-based surprises!)
- Vault access (a curated space for pieces from the past. Eligible tiers get early access to these rare returns before anyone else.)

Right now, Tokens are used to determine your Tier status only.
If a redemption feature is introduced later, Token balances may reset for redemption purposes or other reasonable Program updates. If that happens, we’ll let you know beforehand.

Nope 💸 Tokens aren’t cash and can’t be redeemed for money. They’re purely used to unlock Tiers and Sharkie Arcade perks.

You do 🥳 As long as you’ve added your birthday at least 5 days before the big day, we’ll send you a $20 AUD Birthday Voucher on your birthday.
Even better? When you spend your Birthday Voucher, you’ll earn 1.5x Tokens on your total order amount (excluding shipping, duties/tariffs/import charges and taxes charged at the destination) 🎂

Your Birthday Voucher lands on your birthday and will be valid for 3 months from the date it’s issued - plenty of time to decide what little treat your future self deserves 🥰💞

Most perks, unless specifically stated otherwise in the T&C's, aren’t retrospective.
So if your birthday has already been and gone, this perk won’t apply for that past birthday.
To make sure you receive your Birthday Voucher next time around, just make sure your birthday is added to your account at least 5 days before your next birthday 🎂

Just about, but not quite! Tokens are earned when you make a purchase while signed in with your registered Sharkie Arcade email address.
They’re based on product spend only and don’t include:
- Shipping
- Duties, tariffs, import charges, or taxes charged at the destination
- Discounts

If an order is refunded, returned, cancelled, or otherwise adjusted, the Tokens earned from that purchase will be removed from your balance.

If you’re shopping with us at one of our in-person events, you’ll need to use the email address linked to your Sharkie Arcade account at the time of purchase so your Tokens can track correctly 🎟️
Just like online orders, Tokens usually can’t be added retrospectively afterwards, so definitely double-check your details before checkout!

You can reach out to our Customer Experience team, who will review this on a case-by-case basis to determine whether Tokens can be added after the purchase. However, in most cases, this won’t be possible; please refer to T&C's.
Yes! When you join, we’ll calculate a starting Token balance based on your purchase history using the email you shop with. It’s our way of making sure your past love for BM counts from day one 🖤
Your starting balance determines your opening Tier, and from there, future purchases and earning actions will continue building your Tokens over time.

Nope, one Sharkie = one account 🦈 Tokens, Tiers, and purchase history are all linked to a single email address, so accounts can’t be merged or balances combined.
If you’ve accidentally checked out using the wrong email, reach out to our Customer Experience team as soon as you can at hello@blackmilkclothing.com and they’ll review this on a case-by-case basis 💌

As you earn Tokens, you’ll level up through the Sharkie Arcade and unlock new or upgraded perks along the way 🦈

The second you hit a new Tier, the perks are yours ✨
Perks kick in from that point onward, so they won’t apply to orders placed before reaching the Tier.

It’s rare, but possible. If Tokens are removed (such as due to returns or order cancellations), your tier may be adjusted.

This is where eligible Sharkies get to shop selected collections before they officially launch.
The window usually opens the Friday before release through to launch day.
Just a heads up: not all collections are included, and participation of licensed or smaller capsule collections may vary.

Day One Discounts are a little early-access reward 🎉 They’re a special perk for certain Tiers, giving you a discount just for being quick to shop on preview day.
Here’s how they work:
- Only available during the first day of preview
- Different Tiers unlock different discount levels
- Only valid within that limited time window
- Can’t be applied after checkout
- Can’t be used in conjunction with other discount codes

Secret Promos are exactly that, a secret! 🤫
Exclusive, limited-time promotions that may randomly appear in your inbox with very little warning. Eligibility, access and offers may vary depending on your Tier and the specific promo.

A rotating space where previously sold-out, limited pieces may reappear 👀
Access is exclusive to High Score and Hall of Fame Tiers, and the number of items you can purchase depends on your Tier.
We can’t take requests, and not every size or style will return. It’s all about being in the right place at the right time. T&C’s apply, which you can read about here.
Reach the Hall of Fame Tier and unlock a $500 AUD voucher 👑
You’ll have 12 months to use it, there's no minimum spend, and you can use it across all collections… including the Vault (yes, really 👀).

These are bonus earning challenges designed to help boost your Tokens!

🎟️ Punch Card works like a side quest, where you complete purchase challenges over time to unlock bonus Tokens

You sure can - if an order is returned, cancelled, or a referral doesn’t qualify, the related Tokens will be removed from your balance.

At this stage, there are no planned Tier resets as part of the Program. However, if purchases are refunded, returned, cancelled, or otherwise adjusted, and your Token balance drops below a Tier threshold, your Tier status may be updated to reflect your new balance.
